When the Toms decided to retire, they wanted to pass the torch to like-minded owners. Enter Derrick and Riley, both hospitality industry veterans with a true passion for fine wine, and who wanted to share that passion with fellow wine lovers. Being a longtime fan of Bin 66’s approach myself, I can personally vouch for the fact that Derrick and Riley are the perfect recipe to continue what The Toms started, as they and their outstanding staff have truly taken the guesswork out of attempting to find just the right wine for any occasion.
The other day I was looking for a white Cote du Rhone for a wine tasting I was conducting, and Derrick directed me to an incredibly good bottle of Domaine Solitude, Cote du Rhone Blanc 2022 at the value price of $19.00. It was a huge hit with my tasters!! And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that Bin 66 also has FREE wine tastings the first Friday and third Saturday of every month from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
