The spirit offerings include Beach Fin Gin, Beach Fire Spiced Rum, Beach Gold Rum, Beach Town Rum, Beach Plum Rum, Beach Java Infused Rum, Beach Nut Rum (coconut-infused), Slack Tide Vodka, Some Beach Bourbon Whiskey and Spirit of The Juiceman (Made as a collaboration with Revelation Brewing from their Conan the Juiceman New England IPA and redistilled through Azacca, Mandarin Bavaria & Mosaic Hops).

Beach Time Tiki Citrus Crush
- 1 oz Beach Time Distilling Beach Gold Rum
- 1 oz Beach Time Distilling Beach Town Silver Rum
- 1 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 oz honey syrup
- Crushed ice
- 2 oz Grapefruit soda
- Grenadine, floater for garnish
- Orange slice, for garnish
- Half a lime that has been squeezed for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice.
Add the rum, allspice dram, lime juice, grapefruit juice, orange juice and honey syrup to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to combine all the ingredients and chill the mixture. Fill a pint glass or tiki mug with crushed ice.
Strain the cocktail into the glass, top with grapefruit soda.
Top with the crushed ice to fill the glass almost to the top. Top with a grenadine floater.
Garnish with an empty lime half and a sprig of mint.
Insert a straw and give the cocktail a gentle stir to mix the flavors as you enjoy it.
